She has worked on complex commercial transactions in broad areas with a recent focus on Insolvency proceedings, Receivership, Loan Recovery, Debt restructuring, and Employment Relations Management.

 Tolulope’s affiliation with the Chartered Institute of Arbitration and the Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria underscores her commitment to professional development and expertise in her field. Her analytical prowess assures clients that their complex legal matters will be addressed with competence, effectiveness, and efficiency.

 Her skill set extends beyond legal practice into law firm administration, business development, and client management. She leverages on her experience in people management, to currently function as the Human Resource and Business Development Person within the firm.
