Similoluwa is a dedicated and results-driven Lawyer currently serving as Counsel in the
Arbitration, Corporate and Commercial Practice, and the Wills and Trust department of the
Firm. She is committed to delivering clear, effective, client-centred legal solutions that
combine technical precision with a modern, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the Ekiti State University and graduated from the
Nigerian Law School (B.L) with a Second Class(Upper Division)placing her in the upper
echelon of her cohort. Her academic excellence reflects her dedication and strong work ethic.
Before her current position at Foundation Chambers, she gained invaluable experience
through internships at reputable law firms, these roles gave her practical exposure to the
complexities of legal practice allowing her to develop key skills in legal research, problem
solving and advocacy.
Beyond her legal career, Similoluwa is an avid reader, a fashion design enthusiast who enjoys
exploring creativity and learning new things. She loves meeting new people and listening to
