Mojisola is a hardworking individual with extensive experience in Regulatory Compliance. She has developed skills that are essential to establishing positive working relationships between various government agencies and multinational corporations.
Mojisola is a Partner in the Firm’s Admiralty, Shipping & Energy Practice Group and has provided professional legal advisory services to various Corporate Clients. She has experience in ship registration, ship financing, sale of ships, charter party agreements, maritime labor, cargo claims, and the carriage of goods by sea. She also has significant experience in reviewing and drafting company service contracts, confidentiality agreements, restrictive covenants and negotiating independent contractor service agreements.
Mojisola has handled legal actions and disputes related to charter parties and the carriage of goods by sea, collision, and other regulatory matters at the Federal High Court. Mojisola has gained knowledge over several years through her participation in various transactions for clients in the shipping industry.
She acts for multinational companies, ship owners, ship managers, P & I Clubs, charterers, terminal operators, and offshore service companies; in matters related to the Cabotage Act, the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act 2010 (the Local Content Act), and other government regulatory compliance matters.
She graduated with a Masters in Shipping Law from the University of Cape Town in 2009 and was awarded a BIMCO e-Learning Scholarship in 2016. She is also published in the International Law Office.
She enjoys cooking, teaching and traveling.
