Juliana is a focus driven lawyer with a keen eye for details. She possesses exceptional legal skills which she has displayed overtime in handling intricate transactions.

Juliana is a Counsel in the firm’s Aviation, Multi-modalism & Corporate Practice Group and overtime has gained experience in financing, Due diligence, breach of contracts, Vessel Registration, Cargo Claims, Ship Arrests, and Company Secretarial matters. She offers research and legal advisory services in these areas and has also handled disputes related to demurrage, debt recovery, and other regulatory matters at the Federal and State High Courts.Juliana was involved amongst others in advising; – a Foreign Insurance Company on insurance claims worth over Twelve Million United States Dollars, a Multi-National Engineering company on an EPC Contract worth over One Hundred Million United States Dollars, an International Shipping Company on a Barge Accident that caused damage to cargo worth over Seventy Million Naira.

She has played a support role and presented papers in the course of Practitioner lectures related to her practice areas.

Juliana graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017. She also holds a Diploma in Facility Management and a Foundation Certificate on Commercial Mediation from Mediators’ Academy, UK (an accredited body of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK).

She enjoys reading and watching documentaries at her leisure.
