Emmanuel is a core member of the firm’s Admiralty, Shipping and Energy Practice
Group. He routinely represents government parastatals, multinationals and
domestic companies on contentious and non-contentious issues traversing
shipping, admiralty, oil and gas, and general corporate and commercial
transactions. He has gained extensive experience working on cutting-edge
transactions touching on regulatory compliance, demurrage, employment relations,
carriage of goods by sea and other marine cargo claims.
Emmanuel is widely renowned for his uncommon ability to combine legal, writing
and project management skills in providing top-notch legal solutions to clients.
Emmanuel is an alumnus of the University of Nigeria. He also holds a certificate in
project management and has undertaken trainings in the areas of shipping and
employment law.Emmanuel possesses exceptional research and writing skills and
is the winner of multiple writing contests. In his leisure time, he enjoys reading and
watching commentaries on political affairs.
