Joseph is a Counsel in the Firm’s Energy, Projects and Gas (EPG) and Admiralty & Shipping practice groups. He advises and represents clients satisfactorily in both contentious and non-contentious matters in the areas of oil & gas projects finance, marine insurance and general maritime and commercial disputes.
He has been a member of the teams that have advised both local and multinational companies in several high-profile transactions and disputes. He has authored or co-authored several published articles in the areas of the Nigerian oil & gas sector, renewable energy, Nigeria’s power sector and PPP for Ports & Terminals.
He also has interest in Finance and Management and has undertaken several courses and received certificates in this regard, including a Certificate in Project Finance and Public-Private Partnerships Fundamentals from the New York Institute of Finance and a Program Diploma in Business Management from the International Business Management Institute, Berlin.
For leisure, Joseph enjoys watching football.
